什么是Ultra-Ever Dry 超级干 ？
Ultra-Ever Dry 是一种具有防护几乎所有液体破坏的疏水、疏油性的涂层。它采用特有的纳米技术在物体表面形成一层可以阻止水、油等液体侵蚀的空气保护膜。这种保护膜优于我们以前所见到的同类产品。相比传统技术，Ultra-Ever Dry另一项突破是有超强的附着力和耐磨性，适用于任何对耐磨性有要求的任何地方。
防潮 -- 保持物体干燥，水等很多液体难以被吸收
抗腐蚀 -- 由于水及空气中水分没有真正触及物体表面，所以能最大限度地减少对物体的腐蚀
防冻 -- 由于物体表面干燥没有水分，所以不会结冰
防污染 -- 灰尘、污垢、水及含有细菌或辐射的其他液体的污染会由于表面涂层的保护会大大减少或消除
自洁 -- Ultra-Ever Dry 抗水及油的污染，干净无菌。用一点水或气流就可以去除留在防护对象表面的灰尘、污垢.

Ultra-EverDry® SE 7.6.110 is a solvent based two part (top and bottom) coating system. Itis suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The system offers superhydrophobic andsuperoleophobic performance and
undera variety of conditions and for extended time. Thesystem is useful for non-wetting, anti-icing, self-cleaning, anti-bacterial,and for corrosion protection.
Ultra-Ever Dry® SE 7.6.110是一种溶剂型涂层(分表面和打底两个部分)。适用于室内或室外应用。已经证明其可以在多种条件下和较长时间内维持超强的疏水和疏油性能。该涂层对于防潮、防结冰、自洁,抗菌、防腐蚀等都非常有用。
Ultra-EverDry® SE 7.6.110 yields a matte finish surface that withstands moderateabrasion. The coating is translucent white in appearance depending on thicknessused. Ultra-Ever Dry® SE 7.6.110 is applied in two steps using an equalapplication volume of bottom and top coat.
Ultra-Ever Dry® SE 7.6.110 ®SE产生一个哑光表面，可以承受适度的摩擦。涂层材料呈半透明白色，白色的浓度则取决于喷涂厚度。Ultra-Ever Dry® SE 7.6.110 ®SE喷涂作业分两个步骤，用相同量的打底层和表面依次喷涂。
CAUTION:Items coated with Ultra-Ever Dry® will have a translucent white appearancewhich could affect the color of the product being coated. TEST ON ANINCONSPICUOUS AREA PRIOR TO FULLY COATING.

SurfacePreparation: Remove all oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose rust, and other foreignmaterials to ensure adequate adhesion of bottom coat. Sanding of the surfacewith 150 grit silicon carbide sand paper can enhance surface adhesion.
表面处理：去除所有的油、油脂、灰尘、污垢、疏松锈层及其他异物，以确保打底涂层良好的附着力。如果您使用150#砂纸打磨表面的话可以提高表面附着力。
Step 1: Bottom Coat
步骤1：打底涂层
Thiswill form a dry film thickness of 1.0-1.5 mils (25-38 microns). Some agitationduring application is recommended. Avoid over wetting or pooling. Allow 15 to20 minutes of drying time before applying top coat. A heat gun or blow dryermay be used on low setting to speed up drying time.
摇匀打底涂层，倒入专用喷雾器。注满喷雾器以后摇匀，多次薄而均匀的喷涂到3.0-5.0 mils (76-127 microns)。当干燥后厚度会在1.0-1.5 mils (25-38 microns)。建议在作业过程中不停晃动喷雾器。避免过于潮湿的环境和水池。打底涂层喷涂后需要等待15-20分钟，待其干燥后再行表面涂层喷涂。热风枪或者吹风机可以加速干燥的过程，缩短固化时间。
Step 2: Top Coat
步骤2：表面涂层
表面涂层必须使用一个单独喷雾器。摇匀表面涂层，倒入喷雾器。注满喷雾器以后摇匀，多次薄而均匀的喷涂。不要过多的喷涂，使用相同的量覆盖打底涂层。建议在作业过程中不断的晃动喷雾器。
Avoidover wetting or pooling. The top coat will produce a translucent whiteappearance.
避免过于潮湿的环境和水池。表面涂层将呈现白色半透明的外观。
Step 3: Drying/Curing of System
步骤3：干燥/固化方法Thecoating will become superhydrophobic within 30 minutes of the top coatapplication. For best results, allow 2 hours of drying time. A heat gun or blowdryer may be used on low setting to speed up drying time.
涂层的超疏水性能会在喷涂表面涂层以后30分钟内呈现。最佳效果大概需要2个小时的干燥时间。如果使用热风枪或者吹风机将加速干燥过程，缩短固化时间。
Step 4: Cleanup:

Cleantools/equipment immediately after use with xylene. Empty left over top orbottom coat into original containers. 作业后立即使用二甲苯清理工具/设备。剩余的表面或打底涂层倒回原容器内。

Ultra-EverDry® is a durable coating that exhibit superhydrophobicity andsuperoloephobicity. After curing the coatings will repel water mixtures andrefined oil. Cleaning of the surface should be performed using low pressurewater spray. The surface
shoulddemonstrate self cleaning properties under these conditions. Dust and dirtshould rinse off easily. The surface will remain completely dry. The surfacewill lose it properties if treated with detergents, soap, some solvents or highpressure water.
Due to the natural oils in the skin, excessivehandling with bare hands of treated materials can cause a reduction inperformance as can severe abrasion.
Ultra-Ever Dry®必须同时使用两种涂层方可呈现超疏水与超疏油特性。当涂层完全固化后可以抵抗水混合物和精炼油。请使用低压水喷雾来清洗表面，在低压水流的冲洗下表面将会实现自洁。灰尘以及污垢将非常容易被冲洗掉，表面将保持完全干燥。洗涤剂、肥皂、某些特别溶剂或是高压水流将会影响涂层表面部分性能。皮肤中含有天然油脂，故过多的徒手接触喷涂过的表面亦可能会因严重磨损而致表面性能下降。
